Order Tracking
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Please provide a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you if necessary.
We work with a network of UK couriers. If your order is sent using a trackable delivery service, we will notify you of this along with your Dispatch Confirmation.
All of our standard deliveries require a signature upon delivery, so please make sure somebody is available on the day of your delivery. If however, you are out when our courier tries to deliver, all items will automatically be attempted to be re-delivered to the same address unless otherwise stated between yourself and the courier. Upon failure of a second attempted delivery, our courier will return the parcel to us, in which case, please contact us to re-arrange delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of any further attempts at delivery.
Returns Information
We are happy to accept returns for any unwanted items for an exchange or refund no later than 14 days after you have received your delivery.
- Refund: All goods correctly supplied will be subject to a restocking charge. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay.
- Refund (faulty goods): Please contact us as soon as possible after deeming your product as faulty. Once inspected and confirmed we will refund the price of the defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
If you wish to return a product to us please contact us on sales@stonebridgeforge.com within 14 days from receipt of your order, stating your original order number and reason for the return.
The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is at the fault of Stonebridge (e.g. faulty or damaged).

Please note, all returned items are inspected for quality assurance. If, for whatever reason, your return fails this inspection, we may be unable to refund you.
Once returned, your return will be processed and you will be refunded within 30 days. Refunds will be credited directly to the debit or credit card you used to place the order.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us on sales@stonebridgeforge.com. If your order has yet to be dispatched, a full refund will be processed. However, if your order has already been dispatched before we receive notification of a cancellation request, we will refund the cost of your order minus a restocking fee and any delivery charges incurred.
